Ans	The turnaround time is 24-hours.

Ans	You can use a handheld device or call an 800-number that we provide
Q4	What are your charges?
Ans	We charge on a per-line basis (a line is defined as 65 characters) – nothing more to pay ever. We don’t charge a minimum fee or anything – its all pay-as-you-go.
Q5	Are you HIPAA compliant?
Ans	The medium that you use to download your files is HIPAA compliant. Generally, transcription companies are not required to be HIPAA Compliant by HIPAA’s rules since they are not covered entities, but since we also operate a medical billing department, HealthQuist as a whole is required to be compliant in all aspects of HIPAA.
Q6	How can I receive my files?
Ans	You can download them off our secured internet website or we can fax/email the files to you.
