Quality & Assurance:

The advantage of our service is not limited to our technology solution. At HealthQuist, we are committed to providing our customers the best quality. In order to ensure our quality exceeds your expectations, we assign each account to a dedicated transcriptionist, a proofreader and a Physician. Each of these individual is well-trained, highly motivated and proficient and knowledgeable with AAMT guidelines, spellings, grammar and medical terminology.

Quality Control Process

To ensure accuracy, we have developed three layers in our quality assurance system:

	Medical transcriptionists perform the first level of the quality assurance where they transcribe the audio files and subsequently check for spelling and grammar errors.

	Proofreaders/Supervisors are the second level in our quality assurance system and they are also Certified Medical Transcriptionists. For every 2-3 Medical Transcriptionists, there is a Proofreader who will listen to each audio file carefully and check for spelling and grammatical errors and ensure client specifications.

	Quality Analysts are the final level in the quality assurance system and they are actual Physicians. The Quality Analyst reviews each report checking for context errors and assist MTs and Proofreaders in times of need.
